Imagine enjoying your very own tailor-made menu, prepared by their personal chef. A hand-picked choice of delicately prepared mains, exquisitely presented sides and mouth-watering desserts, freshly prepared to their personal taste. We call it the Mezoon  Grille. It’s a whole new world of choice, brought to life through our distinct menus. Nothing less than the art of inspired fine dining taken to a whole new level in our Diamond First Class.

Our bespoke Grille Menu features a variety of premium produce, including beef, chicken, lamb and seafood, along with a range of delicate sauces, sides and delicious desserts, all of which will be prepared to order.                   

You can also choose from a flexible A La Carte Menu, with appetizers, mains and desserts, which can adapted with the help of their chef.               

Our Taste Of Arabia Menu offers the finest delicacies from the region, across a 6-course Middle Eastern tasting menu.                   

To help you design your own fine dining masterpiece in person, our onboard chef will take your order at your table. With 5-star hotel & leading restaurant experience, their chef will personally guide their meal choice and offer expert advice on creating or adapting your dishes. Our chef’s pantry is always stocked with fresh produce – so  you are free to ask for something ‘off the menu’.                   

The Mezoon Grille is currently open on our flights to Sydney, Melbourne, London and Paris, and will be available across our entire Diamond First Class  fleet by March 2012.
