We provide you with your very own Consultant who is aware of your individual requirements. Each Consultant is backed up by other experienced Consultants to ensure continuity of service, even during staff leave or other absences.

Travel Concepts is an 'A' class travel agent with Qantas Airways and can therefore offer the whole range of Qantas fares. However, we do not employ "junior" staff and therefore do not process Australian domestic airline bookings ~ we suggest your most economical way to obtain these tickets is to book them directly on the Qantas, Virgin or Jestar websites.

We also hold "favoured agent status with many other airlines such as; British Airways, Singapore Airlines and Emirates Airlines.

Our greatest strength is our international expertise and our experienced Consultants will provide you with competitive airfares whatever your international destination. We will also provide you with competitive hotel rates through our association with the global American Express Corporate travel network.

Discounts on international airfares offered by various airlines and travel agencies may not always be what they appear to be and whilst we also offer a range of discounted airfares we believe the most important consideration is to allow our clients the flexibility necessary to avoid erroneous conditions which may restrict their travel requirements ~ we will always let you know the conditions attached to any airfare we offer you.
